Supply Chain Engineer

Intel is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer to support direct materials management in the semiconductor assembly and test environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the technical readiness, quality and qualification of incoming materials used in backend manufacturing including substrates, integrated heat spreaders (IHS), stiffeners, epoxy, and related materials.

Responsibilities

• Own incoming direct materials technical readiness for assigned materials in the assembly and test environment, ensuring materials meet defined technical specifications, quality requirements, and reliability expectations.
• Work with SME, MQRE and ME teams to support material evaluation, qualification, and readiness for NPI and HVM, and act as the technical interface for direct material-related issues in the factory.
