Supply Chain Coordinator (Sales Support) / (PO Processing, Incoterms) - West Central

Our client is from a Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central West area.

• Handle sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and related ERP transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage daily shipment arrangements, including PO processing, data entry, scheduling, and verification of shipping and billing documents.
• Monitor customer orders, stock availability, production status, and delivery schedules to ensure on‑time fulfilment.
• Support order backlog tracking and forecast coordination to ensure supply continuity and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with factories, suppliers, and logistics partners on production planning, shipment readiness, and export/import arrangements.
