Supply Chain Coordinator

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating VMI order execution, warehouse communication, delivery follow-up, discrepancy resolution, and invoicing readiness. This role works closely with warehouses, carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day supply chain operations and high service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate order releases and shipping instructions with warehouses.
• Schedule and follow up on appointments and deliveries.
• Maintain operational dashboards and track order status.
• Review and validate shipping documents (BOLs/PODs).
• Investigate inventory, delivery, and shipment discrepancies.
• Coordinate damage claims and inventory adjustments.
• Support monthly audits and invoicing readiness.
• Participate in warehouse performance reviews and process improvements.
• Support logistics quoting and warehouse onboarding for new programs....
