Supply Chain Associate Manager

**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Supply Chain Associate Manager.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Supervise entry-to-mid level roles in planning and implementing purchasing programs, on-going measurement, monitoring, and reporting of supplier performance tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance in Supply Chain
+ Identify opportunities for all aspects of negotiations and may customize legal language and draft non-standard contract terms and conditions to proactively address supply chain and business issues in less complex functions
+ Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operations under direction of Supply Chain management
+ Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
+ Collaborate and consult with Vendors, and managers
+ Train less experienced supply chain managers within the team
