+ Maintain and manage vendor master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance within internal systems

+ Process general administrative and operational tasks to support day-to-day procurement activities

+ Manage the Vendor Master inbox by prioritizing requests, resolving issues, and responding promptly to stakeholder inquiries

+ Set up new vendors and update existing vendor information, including addresses, contact details, and documentation

+ Generate and analyze reports to support procurement functions and overall business operations

+ Provide first-level system support to external suppliers, resolving data-related issues and ensuring smooth system usage

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data integrity and operational efficiency
