As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will provide administrative and coordination support to both the Procurement and Order Processing teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Support

• Assist in preparing and tracking purchase orders in the ERP system
• Follow up with suppliers on quotations, deliveries, and required documentation
• Maintain accurate supplier records, pricing information, and agreements
• Support import shipment coordination and supplier communication
• Monitor EM shipment and logistics arrangements to ensure timely delivery

Order Processing Support

• Input and verify customer orders in the system
