Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities & Duties:

+ Intake of customer orders via email or phone
+ Daily inventorying of all plants in territory
+ Daily communication and coordination with Sales staff
+ Coordination of all deliveries to customer sites
+ Daily communication with trucking companies in territory
+ Develop and build relationships with existing and new trucking companies
+ Request and record freight rates for customer deliveries
+ Load setup and coordination in logistics systems (Salesforce, Transwide, SAP)
+ Movements of materials to secondary processors
+ Coordination and movement of materials into and out of Mintek storage facilities
+ Sample management and data entry

Job Qualifications:

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Experienced in Microsoft Office
+ Good planning and organizational skills
+ Team player, good intrapersonal skills
+ Ability to multi-task with several simultaneous accounts/orders
