Supply Chain Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Replenishment/ Supply Planning

• Updates the Inventory & PO Plan templates using latest forecast, saleable inventory on hand, and planned orders/incoming shipments.
• Coordinates with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ordered goods for handled products.
• Periodically reviews and updates the classification and inventory planning tool; prepares and communicates approved POs
• Coordinates with distributor and Sales on product supply related to servicing of customer sales orders

Logistics & Inventory Management

• Coordinates with suppliers as soon as stocks are ready for shipment, for correctness and completeness of documents vs Purchase Order
• Coordinates with Finance and 3PL should there be deviations noted in the external packaging upon receipt at destination warehouse
