Job Description
This Supply Chain / Sourcing Analyst role focuses on strategically managing and expanding a complex, multi-step supplier network for highly specialized disc products. The primary goal is to take ownership of the existing supply chain, improve its performance, and help grow it into a fully developed division. You will concentrate on supplier identification, qualification, and performance management, working closely with an internal procurement team while contributing to long-term sourcing strategy and potential import/export compliance activities.
Responsibilities

+ Manage and optimize the multi-step disc manufacturing supply chain to ensure cost, quality, and reliability.

+ Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to expand to ~3 suppliers per product.
