**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.

+ Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
+ Experience in power electronics, rack-level power conversion or high-complexity hardware infrastructure.
+ Experience in architecting end-to-end electro-mechanical and PCBA assembly lines, testing protocols, and transitioning products seamlessly from NPI to high-volume production.
