Title: Supplies Officer Job ID: 18763 Location: Aero - 501 Airport Rd, SG Description Job Descriptions: Take delivery and inspection of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders Ensure accuracy of the company inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and return Maintains receipt, binning, posting, records and issuance of material Receives and unpack materials and supplie Report damages and discrepancies for goods receipts Packing of parts for shipment and dispatch
Requirements NITEC in Mechanical, Information system, Logistics or equivalent Preferably 2-3 years experience in an Aerospace environment Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage Knowledge in Excel is a must
