**The Role:**
The Supplier Quality Supervisor responsible for ensuring that suppliers consistently deliver parts, materials, and services that meet quality, safety, regulatory, and performance requirements. The role provides oversight, technical direction, performance management, and strategic improvement initiatives across the supplier base.
**What You'll Do:**
**1. Incoming Supplier Quality Management**
+ Monitor supplier performance through KPIs (PPM, defect rates, SBR, QPR).
+ Review incoming quality concerns and ensure immediate containment at the plant.
+ Support sorting, rework, and controlled shipping activities (CS1/CS2).
