Supplier Quality Engineering Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Supplier Quality Supervisor is responsible for implementing and directing supplier quality assurance efforts to ensure components and other materials received from suppliers conform to quality standards based on the requirements and expectations of the organization and customer. This individual is responsible for managing the overall compliance profile and quality performance of the Lynnwood supply base.

Essential Functions:

Non-Conformance Management: Supervising the handling of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and supplier rejection reports (SRRs). This includes ensuring that suppliers notify the organization of non-conformances before shipment, reviewing SRRs, and confirming Material Review Board (MRB) authority for NCR disposition.

Corrective Action Implementation and Verification: The Supplier Quality Engineering Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that corrective actions are effectively implemented to address nonconformities. This ...
