Supplier Quality Engineer

We’re looking for a motivated Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team in Welland, ON. In this role, you’ll help ensure that components from our suppliers meet the highest quality standards, support continuous improvement efforts, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to solve problems and strengthen supplier relationships. Your work will directly support product reliability, customer satisfaction, and overall quality performance.

What You’ll Do

• Support and monitor the quality performance of a diverse supplier base.
• Help resolve supplier quality issues through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and timely problem solving.
• Assist with managing deviations, rejects, reporting, and supplier improvement activities.
• Participate in PPAP qualification activities to help introduce new components and suppliers smoothly.
