Job Summary
This role is responsible for adopting a quality‑focused method by defining quality metrics for component production and conducting frequent supplier quality assessments. It troubleshoots defects, records feedback, offers resolutions, applies basic foundations of a function’s principles to drive process enhancements and create mitigation plans. The role collaborates with suppliers to improve quality and lower costs, and contributes to identifying potential suppliers aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities Supports portions of the integral engineering relationship with a supplier of external hardware, components, materials, or services for the development and manufacturing of a product or service line.
