**Minimum qualifications:**



+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Thermal Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 8 years of experience in the Thermal technology and manufacturing process.

+ Experience in statistical product quality control, process capability, reliability, failure analysis, and process improvement.
