Supplier Quality Engineer – Fort Erie, Ontario

The Supplier Quality Engineer reports to the POA IMS Quality Manager and is responsible for planning and performing Supplier Quality related tasks and activities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating new suppliers with risk based evaluation
• Performing on site audits on Category 1 Suppliers as outlined in AH procedures
• Performing on site audits on Customer centres
• Performing vendor evaluation on OASIS for Category 4 suppliers as outlined in AH procedures
• Performing vendor evaluation for Non OASIS Category 4 suppliers as outlined in AH procedures
• Managing MRB topics related to Supplier NCs
• Managing containment of Supplier delivered non conforming products
• Managing NOEs related to supplier non conformances
• Creating and maintaining monthly scorecards
• Managing (Communicating, review of RCCA and effectiveness) of Supplier NCs ...
