Supplier Quality Engineer

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Lead improvements in global area supply chain performance in support of business needs.; Areas of improvement include on-time delivery, quality, cost initiatives, and parts/assembly issues within the company.
+ Use appropriate tools and processes including, but should not be limited to the following: Lean Techniques, Six Sigma Tools Statistical Process Control (SPC), Capability Studies, Process Mapping, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Repeatability and Reproducibility Calibration Analysis (Gage R&R).
+ Manage projects to closure, using quality assurance associates, engineering, and Procurement as needed across the enterprise.
+ Conduct supplier training on the use of Lean Manufacturing requirements, Six Sigma.
+ and the Global Supplier Quality Manual.
+ Track and monitor supplier performance metrics in the respective global area
