Job Summary

We are currently seeking a talented Supplier Quality Engineer at our Middletown, CT facility. They will need to have exp performing audits, analyze supplier processes and products, conduct root cause analysis for issues with parts, drive corrective actions, and reject/do a part stoppage if they arrive with defects.

Drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation. Select suppliers through qualification processes. Own supplier results, drive improvements utilizing supplier scorecards. Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Be on site and integrated into the supplier throughout the month to support key gaps in quality performance.
