Supplier Quality Engineer

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Supplier Quality Engineer on a 6-month rolling contract based in Lincoln.

Role Summary

Managing supplier non-conformance, containment and resolution. Engaging with on-site teams (Quality, Laboratory, Engineering, Project Management, Operations) to ensure on‑time deliveries to the build line.

The individual needs to be self‑motivated, have problem‑solving skills and be able to communicate effectively across all management levels.

Critical part meeting

Minimum on‑site requirement is 3 days per week. Additional on‑site days may be required to meet delivery expectations or cover holiday/absence. The ability to work from home will depend on the individual’s ability to demonstrate autonomous, efficient and reliable work. Expect a new starter on site full‑time for the first 4–6 weeks, entirely dependent on the candidate’s motivation and ability to learn new skills and knowledge.
