Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Description

Ultra Precision Control Systems (PCS) is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to perform a supplier quality assurance role to minimise risk to supply chain, business and customer and maximise the quality of deliveries from the suppliers. In this role you will assure that supply chain quality standards are implemented, monitored and maintained. Identify, verify, maintain continuous improvement within the supply chain and business where required. Driving robust corrective actions to avoid repeated failures and to minimise the risk of supply chain quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive Management of Quality Issues identified to drive robust root cause and corrective actions.
• Manage Supplier RCCA responses and close outs.
• Support of Supplier Quality Selection, Onboarding or Transfer of Work process, control of risk and collaborating with other departments to bring in Right-First-Time items from the supply chain.
