Supplier Master Data Specialist — ERP & Compliance

We are currently looking for a Supplier Master data Capture to update the supplier database using validated, authorized, and compliant supporting documentation. This role supports a controlled procure to pay process ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the supplier database. The position is based at Kalagadi Manganese (Pty) Ltd ‘s Head Office in Rivonia, Gauteng. The position reports to the Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Data Accuracy

• Update supplier records in the ERP using authentic supporting documents.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Review supplier onboarding documentation (company registration, VAT, income tax, BEE certificate).
• Ensure completeness before system capture.
• Reject incomplete or non‑compliant submissions.
