Remote travel once a week across Midlands

Salary- from £40,000 up to £48,000 plus car allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships and work closely with key suppliers to manage, implement and track supplier/engineering design changes, capacity studies and New Product Introductions and transfers.
• Collaboration with suppliers to identify root cause(s) of manufacturing and special process issues and lead implementation of resolutions (containment and countermeasures).
• Management of supplier DR process (non-conforming product).
• Hands on approach to fully understand quality issues identified and challenge where necessary.
• Management of supplier scorecard process, tracking performance against identified KPI’s, identifying opportunities to drive improvement and ensuring these are embedded into supplier processes.
