Our **Supplemental Staffing Manager** is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, placement, and management of Aramark team members to meet short-term staffing needs in our client partner locations within their designated region. This role blends human resources, sales, and client service, ensuring the right candidates are matched with the right positions at the right time.

You'll hire and manage Aramark hourly Food Service Workers, Cooks, Baristas, Environmental Services Workers and Patient Transport Workers are working in our hospital settings, helping our teams care for patients and caregivers, and bringing hospitality to the hospital work environment.
