Summary The Supervisory Training Specialist is located in the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, at the VA Maryland Health Care System (VAMHCS) in the Employee Education & Organizational Development (EEOD) Service under the Office of the Assistant Director. The incumbent has full delegated authority and responsibility as the expert professional over the Leadership Training and Professional Development section of the service. Responsibilities Duties include: Assessing, developing, implementing, instructing, evaluating, and modifying training programs, course content or materials, and educational projects resulting in facility workforce development and improved communication and employee engagement.
