SUPERVISORY SECURITY ASSISTANT

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SECURITY ASSISTANT in the Force Protection of NAVBASE GUAM FORCE PROTECTION. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the planning, assigning and reviewing of current procedures to be used by subordinate personnel. You will develop schedules for daily operations, planned special events/projects, and develops goals and objectives and continual training criteria for assigned personnel. You will be responsible for liaison with various representatives of the government, civilian workforce and private contractors for the purpose of coordinating special access control requirements, and special projects as necessary. You will enforce strict installation access control policies and when working with civilian and military personnel of all status and rank, must make sound decisions and use tact and diplomacy in resolving installation access issues.
