Summary About the Position: This position is located at DoWEA Headquarters in Alexandria, VA. This position may be eligible for situational telework as determined by the agency policy. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is transitioning to the Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) Responsibilities Increase awareness and understanding of DoDEA within internal and external audiences to enhance and support student learning and achievement. Program, initiate and direct a transparent, two-way internal and external communication program to meet a variety of information needs in agreement with the overall mission and policies of DoWEA and the DoW.
