Supervisory Paralegal

Amentum is seeking a Supervisory Paralegal to join our team supporting the Enforcement and Affirmative Litigation Branch at the Department of Justice (DOJ) in Washington, DC. As a Supervisory Paralegal you will be responsible for:

**Personnel Oversight & Performance Management**

+ Directing and supervising the work of law clerks.
+ Supervise daily activities of contract law clerks to ensure alignment with DOJ and EALB standards.
+ Monitor workload distribution and reassign tasks as needed to meet deadlines.
+ Conduct weekly check-ins and monthly performance reviews.
+ Oversee quality control for work products submitted by law clerks to case teams.
+ In coordination with EALB Project Manager, provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and training to improve clerk productivity and accuracy.
+ Monitors work performance and status, and reports on progress.
+ Escalate disciplinary issues or concerns to EALB Project Manager.
