Summary This position serves as a Supervisory Medical Support Assistant (MSA) in the Business Operations Service (BOS) at the Kansas City VA Medical Center (KCVAMC). Incumbent is under the supervision of the Supervisory Program Specialist at either the KCVAMC or designated Community-Based Outreach Clinics (CBOC). Responsibilities The Supervisory Medical Support Assistant (MSA) for the Kansas City VA Medical Center (KCVAMC) is located within Business Office Service (BOS) and provide support to various clinics throughout the Kansas City VA Healthcare network. The incumbent is responsible for directing, coordinating and supervising a variety of administrative and clerical functions necessary to provide quality and timely healthcare to our Veterans.
