SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Mission Systems Group, Logistics Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Responsibilities You will plan work and prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work. You will evaluate work performance and recommend official performance ratings, along with giving advice, counsel, and instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters. You will interview candidates for positions in the unit to recommend the type of appointment (promotion/reassignment, etc.) as well as identifying developmental and training needs of employees.
