Summary This position maybe located in Area Office or the State Office of the South Carolina State Director Office Rural Development (RD). Incumbent serves as a key member of the State Director's staff, participating fully in the planning, development, and implementation of rural development and assistance programs. Responsibilities Provides leadership in implementing the community development principles of the Rural Development (RD) mission area Provides Leadership for a comprehensive Rural Develoment (RD) program to process, service and supervise loan, grant and guarantee programs throughout the jurisdictional area.
