Summary This position is located in the Office of Information and Technology, End User Services, End User Operations. The Supervisory IT Specialist provides leadership and resource management (finance, human, and acquisition), leading the development and implementation of strategies required to manage IT End User Operations. They oversee the day-to-day operations, services, maintenance, and security for all customers within the immediate geographic area.
