Summary About the Position: The incumbent will be responsible for supervising a team of in plant engineers in planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing technical services required for operation and maintenance of hydropower facilities. Responsibilities Ensures region wide fulfillment of NERC Reliability Compliance Program Standards Performs regional, district, and system technical validation, reliability, and compliance program management Provide professional technical guidance to other employees involved in hydropower engineering processes. Represents the Division/District on compliance matters Supports regional hydropower program in identifying requirements, prioritizing projects, developing regulations and operating procedures Coordinate compliance activities with managers and staff elements.
