Supervisory Information Technology Specialist

Summary This position is located in the Information Technology Division (ITD) Infrastructure Management Branch of the Chief Administrative Office (CAO). The incumbent oversees the planning, installation, configuration, testing, implementation and management of the systems environment in support of the agency's IT architecture and business needs. The incumbent provides AOC-wide support for the network infrastructure, servers, and Tier-3 support for desktop, mobile and printer endpoints. Responsibilities The incumbent manages data centers and oversees disaster recovery and continuity of operations. This position supports the Office of the Chief Information Officer, providing authoritative advice and recommendations regarding information technology (IT) throughout the agency.
