Supervisory Hydrologic Technician

Summary This position serves as Field Office Chief for the Casper Field Office, providing supervisory, technical, and administrative leadership for hydrologic monitoring programs. Oversees hydrologic data collection and quality assurance activities; supervises staff; coordinates with partners and stakeholders; and manages personnel, equipment, and resources to support Water Science Center operations. Responsibilities At the full performance level (GS-12) the major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Provides leadership and oversight to hydrologic technicians by establishing work priorities, assigning and reviewing work, evaluating performance, and supporting employee training, development, and career advancement.
