SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER/ARCHITECT

Summary You will serve as a Supervisory General Engineer/Architect, also known as the Supervisory Construction Manager, in Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic, at the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) office in Great Lakes. Responsibilities You will oversee all aspects of assigned construction work to include work assignment and the mentoring and training of subordinate staff. You will serve as the primary point of contact and team leader for coordination of assigned construction projects within their branch. You will be familiar with NAVFAC policies and objectives, the Business Process Management System (BPMS), and Engineering Construction Bulletins (ECBs) and guide their implementation in the office.
