Responsibilities THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This position is located at the Construction and Facilities Management Office (CFMO) in Phoenix, Arizona. The primary purpose is to serve as the State ARNG Environmental Program Manager with responsibility for supervising and managing the state environmental program in conformance with Federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
