Supervisory Electrical Engineer

Summary This position is part of the WAPA-Upper Great Plains. As a Supervisory Electrical Engineer, you will be supervising Foreman and Journeyman level Electricians, as well as an Engineer, and formulating and executing a program, including budget, to maintain all substations under the North Dakota Maintenance Office across four or more field locations supporting a large geographic area. *This is not a remote position. You will be required to be physically present at the Bismarck, ND duty location.* Responsibilities As a Supervisory Electrical Engineer, you will: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program consisting of extensive testing and tracking of equipment; analysis of equipment; recommend changes; implement modifications; conduct continuing analysis of equipment failures and operating difficulties and/or inspecting and accepting newly constructed substations; take action as necessary to correct deficiencies and eliminate potential issues.
