Summary The Supervisory Diagnostic Radiological Technologist, is responsible for supervising a group of advanced diagnostic radiologic technologist (ADRTs) in Computed Tomography (CT) & health techs and overseeing the CT section's daily operations and ensuring high-quality imaging services. Responsibilities Assigns, directs, and schedules the day-to-day work of staff in the CT department at the MEDVAMC to ensure equitable distribution of workload and continuity of operations. Revises schedules as needed to respond to workload and fluctuations. Reviews work in progress and upon completion, performing spot checks as appropriate. Routinely evaluates quality, accuracy, and productivity, taking corrective action when deficiencies are identified. Takes corrective or disciplinary action within delegated authority and recommends appropriate disciplinary measures to the immediate supervisor when necessary.
