Summary This position is located under the Office of Intelligence Operations, National Firearms Trafficking Center, Emerging Threats Center -Washington, DC. The Branch Chief manages a specific branch responsible for criminal investigations, law enforcement programs, functions, or operations encompassing the overall law enforcement mission of the organization and provides investigative expertise and oversight for criminal investigations and organizational performance relating to law enforcement programs. Responsibilities The major duties of the Supervisory Criminal Investigator (Branch Chief) position include, but are not limited to, the following: Manages a branch responsible for criminal investigations, law enforcement programs, functions, or operations encompassing the overall law enforcement mission of the organization.
