Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.*** Responsibilities You will provide leadership and management of subordinate personnel ensuring satisfactory work in pre award and post award contracting functions. You will administer long-term, complex contracts of highly specialized, extensive, new or innovative techniques for facilities construction, design, and services. You will perform quality assurance reviews and conduct studies of problems areas, reviews contracts, contracting plans, and contract changes for propriety of acquisition method, contract type, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
