Responsibilities This position serves as Chief, Foundations Branch for the Defense Contract Audit Institute (DCAI) and requires excellent attention to detail, problem solving and political astuteness skills Directs, executes and evaluates auditing courses to ensure DCAA audit training requirements are met. Exercises both technical and administrative direction to professional auditors. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities and develops employees, responsible for the training and certification of the course manager, trains subordinate course managers, and conducts quarterly in-class evaluations. Portfolio for the Foundations Branch include the new hire training curriculum, intern training and development, and all other audit foundational courses and programs.
