The primary purpose of this position is to exercise first level supervisory and managerial authority over the Airman and Family Readiness Flight assigned to the Force Support Squadron. Serve as consultant to commanders and installation level leadership on matters related to personal and family readiness. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Airman and Family Readiness Flight. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and Airman and Family Readiness Flight objectives to build and enhance installation unit and family readiness through center-based, unit-based and community outreach delivery.
