Supervisory Accountant (Staff)

Summary About the Position: Serves as a Supervisory Accountant (Staff) in the Managerial Accounting Division in Resource Management Directorate with responsibility to direct and advise assigned personnel as well as direct supervision of approximately eight accountants, financial analysts and/or accounting technicians, which serve to ensure correct interpretation and implementation of all financial and regulatory requirements by serviced activities. Responsibilities Serves as a Branch Chief supervising employees involved in the application of accounting practices to a wide variety of accounting and/or audit actions. Identifies financial trends within an HQDA organization/Command level with diverse financial portfolios.
