Ensure quality and wholesome food is served. Ensure all areas of services provided are maintained at the require standard. Maintain and improve hygiene and safety standards for the outlet. Submit weekly and monthly status report to immediate superior. Administer and maintain staff record inform HR of staff movement. Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior
