OVERVIEW

The Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the consistent delivery of patient-centered

care that is safe, efficient, and aligned with best practices and the Hospital’s vision and

strategic goals. The Supervisor, in partnership with the Manager, will oversee daily

operations, quality and safety, resource allocation, patient flow and team performance,

ensuring that patient needs are met promptly and effectively. The Supervisor will foster an

environment of continuous improvement and learning, supporting staff learning and

competence and encouraging innovation and responsiveness to the dynamic needs of the

acute care mental health services. The Supervisor shows evidence of achieving results,
