 You are responsible for assisting in generating sales through creative retail displays that capture customers' attention, with the goal of providing an excellent in-store experience. You will employ visual merchandising principles to convert window shoppers into prospects by driving branding and sales objectives in order to maximise profitability. You are expected to:
 Create and implement a visual merchandising strategy
 Ensure the strategy is in line with the store's brand, products, and target market
 Generate sketches of visual displays that meet the store's requirements
 Finalise designs and creating visual displays for display areas
 Source props, creative materials, and accessories for displays
 Install and set up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays, or supervise contractors hired for this purpose
