Position Summary
Leader and responsible of the Area KPIs of Safety, 5 S, SDWT events, Ideas System, Visual Fabric, as well as leader and responsible of the planning execution and implementation of Problem Solving Projects with A3 methodology, Cost reduction Projects, Green Projects, Kaizen and Jidoka Projects in its area. Responsible for maintaining and monitoring systems and tools such as Line Balancing, AMEF, Autonomous Maintenance, Kan-Ban, Fixtures and Poka-Yokes, 3 N0 System.
Duties Plans and manages department activities execution. Provides a safe work environment generating and implementing preventive actions. Responsible for maintaining above target productivity levels. Provides training and development opportunities to employees while continuing self-development.
