Within our brand new state-of-the-art 600-person manufacturing facility inLubbock, Leprino is seeking aUtilities Supervisorto lead critical plant utility systems, including ammonia refrigeration, steam, power, and compressed air, while supporting larger levels of cheese and dairy ingredient growth. What Youll Do:
+ Lead daily utilities operations that support safe, reliable production across ammonia refrigeration, steam, power, compressed air, water, and energy systems.
+ Guide and develop a utilities team responsible for PSM-covered and high-risk plant infrastructure.
+ Support compliance with OSHA, PSM, EPA, NFPA, IIAR, and related regulatory requirements tied to utility systems.
