Role Overview

Managing the supervisory activities of the specialized Credit Bureau Unit to ensure that service level objectives set by the Direction are met, verifying that all client requests and those from other Credit Information Societies received in the office and handled by service advisors and administrative assistants are addressed, and achieving the established sales target for consumer‑facing products.
